Ohio Living Llanfair is truly an exceptional community. The staff are consistently warm, attentive, and professional, and you can tell they genuinely care about the residents. The campus is beautiful and well maintained, with plenty of inviting spaces both indoors and outdoors. The activities are thoughtfully planned and engaging, and there’s always something meaningful for residents to participate in. Ohio Living Llanfair is truly an exceptional community. The staff are consistently warm, attentive, and professional, and you can tell they genuinely care about the residents. Staff at this facility is very unprofessional. Staff responsible for making outbound calls and receiving need to learn how to speak to family, patients, and physician offices when making calls or answering them to follow up on patients care. Unacceptable behavior when dealing with patients and their Healthcare. Bad representation of this company/assisted living when staff calls with demeaning attitudes and unprofessional responses

This is a horrible place! They neglect all of their patients! Please don’t take your loved ones to the Burlington House.
The food is horrible. My Mom gets thinner every month and I see why. They charge a fortune and should be providing decent food. We have to buy her things that she can heat in her microwave. And for holidays they could at least attempt to make a holiday meal. Instead they just serve the same disgusting choices over and over. Any sweets and treats we bring her get stolen by staff. Not at all pleased with this place.
The schedule is posted on paper rather than the app we have SPECIFICALLY designed for scheduling and posting work days because management won’t bother to learn how to use it. If you’re off on the day they choose to update the schedule, sucks to be you I guess. If you accidentally come into work on a day that you don’t they won’t tell you either! The won’t even text you beforehand to tell you that you don’t work on that day. They also give the residents tap water at Bellwood. At least get them a water filter if you’re going to do that, no human being should be consuming tap water on a daily basis.
This is what your loved one will be eating if you decide to bring them here. We have expressed our concerns and they still don’t care. Oh and by the way this is suppose to be dinner! The amount of money spent for dog food is ridiculous being sued is coming up next!
Ohio Living Llanfair is in a neighborhood that we're familiar with. It's recently updated. The marketing director who we met with was very generous with her time in our information and has followed up since our visit. It is a well-established retirement community with a good reputation. The grounds were beautiful. They had a courtyard and an onsite chapel. WiFi and cable were included in the pricing.
