This place is awful. They don't offer good care. Do not put your family here. My husband is there for physical therapy. If you ask questions about their care the staff gets nasty. All in one week my husband was told they were out of ice packs milk juice and clear soda. It takes them over 10; minutes to answer a call bell. If patient asks for something the nurse and aids never come back. Social worker only a designee and nott acting as patient advocate. She was only interested in arguing not solving problems for patient. Admission person wasn't present upon admission. Processes of nursing home and care plan not discussed with patient and family. Dietician not full time either. Nurses not listening to patients medical complaints and calling doctor. I would not put your family here for rehab. Also problems accessing their services as well.

So Google says this place has 5 stars! Not even close to .0000001 star! My parent used the toilet at 0800 and clogged it up, it wasn't cleaned until i made a fuss about it at 7pm. I finally found a nurse working and not on his phone, a middle aged black gent, who was more then happy to help. But all day Noone else would check on my family member. His trash was over flowing, the floor is sticky and dirty the bed was urine filled and disgusting. They don't check on him to wash his cloths I have to come here and Clean the room. Take his cloths home to because Facebook is more important then doing what's required for these ppl here! I walked around to find staff doing absolutely nothing but playing on their phones! Sad very sad. This is what we have to look forward to when we age! No thanks! Please if you have family in one of these home go check on them!
