Their model allows for special attention and focus to placed on their residents and consistent high quality care to be provided. Would highly recommend anyone with a loved one to look for an opportunity to have them stay here.
Optimized senior living has been a huge blessing to partner with! Their home like feel and exceptional staff hold the upmost of continuity of care for their residents and the clients that I recommend to them! My mom has been at the Loveland location of Angels Care/Optimized Senior Living facility since January. The care givers that she has had in that time have given extraordinary personal care to her. With her own capabilities changing so quickly, it is a blessing to me to know that there are caring people with her whenever she needs help with something, and they are always willing to help. The care givers have become extended family to us.
God is an ontime God! Angels Care Family Home Loveland has been & is a blessing to our family. The staff is very nurturing and accommodating. If you're looking for a warm family environment this is truly the place.
We couldn't be happier with Angels Care....the Newtown facility is amazing...the caregivers are very attentive and most have been there two or more years....the owners are frequently there and Renee the activities director keeps the residents engaged several times a week....Tiffany is the campus manager and is such a blessing, Celia the Director is very knowledgeable and ensures the residents are getting the level of care they need while working with different caregivers to coordinate each residents care plan....I think it's telling when families from former residents keep coming back to visit...that says a lot to me about the quality of the care and family atmosphere Angels Care has created.
Great facilities, owners are highly involved, great place for memory care, highly recommend
My wife was a resident at Angel's Care for over two years until the complexity of her medical care necessitated a move to a more acute care facility. During her time at the "home", the staff provided her with excellent care. Everyone is extremely attentive, appropriately sympathetic and sincerely caring. I could not have asked for a more excellent environment for her care. My complaint, however, is with ownership. In a setting where empathy for families going through "end of life" circumstances is imperative, I found ownership to be the exact opposite. Where I had hoped for an Ebenezer Scrooge type of Christmas epiphany, I found only an egregious lack of the necessary humanity that should be the raison d'etre for operation of an elder care home. Consequently, my personal experience will not permit my recommendation of Angel's Care for your loved one.
