The rest, ugh.... the administration staff, the supervisory nursing staff are the main problem. Communication far beyond lacking. Taking days to not respond to medication concerns is a problem for me. Being misleading in regards to medication is a problem for me. Their handle on transportation was questionable although I did appreciate the transportation directors other ways of care, I did not like the transportation concerns. I wanted to have high hopes for this place, I couldn't. Now some of the staff was top tier. The rest, ugh.... the administration staff, the supervisory nursing staff are the main problem. Communication far beyond lacking. Taking days to not respond to medication concerns is a problem for me. Being misleading in regards to medication is a problem for me. Their handle on transportation was questionable although I did appreciate the transportation directors other ways of care, I did not like the transportation concerns. Dialysis in center unit was convenient however that was about it. I had to call corporate regional director to get information and that initial phone call -whew, I kinda see why. All things flow down. The heads are lacking, and maybe overworked, understaffed, overwhelmed.... I do not know. None of that makes me any bit of difference when it comes to care. I can't in good conscience suggest this place. My grandmu has been twice, the second against my wishes. It will not be a third. I was over this place after visit one.... kisses
Everything during my stay so far has been great.. service, staff, Izzie social worker assistance in answering my questions. Both therapist were great. Food is okay would give it an excellent but needs improvement
My stay here was good. You would have been a 5 except for the food. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The social worker Izzie was very helpful in explaining things. I told her from the get go that my plan was to discharge and she made it happen. You can count on me to return in the future if I need more rehab but I will be going home

I had a brief stay after my mist horrible experience. long call light waiting times always had attitudes iwas left my bed wet for an aide while entire shift she refused to do her job kept hiding to avoid working just don't send your love onbe here if care about them I wish I could give zero stars
My grandmother was in this facility for about 6 weeks. We were very unhappy with their lack of cleanliness and insufficient care she received. When she would push her call button it would take a very long time for staff to respond and that’s if they responded at all. When walking around the facility it was hard to find staff and you could hear call lights beeping everywhere. She had to go to the hospital for chest pain and when we went to her room 2 days later it had never been cleaned. Full garbages, dirty diaper laying in the bathroom, dirty clothes lying everywhere etc. when our family decided she would not be going back there after discharge from the hospital the facility said they would have her stuff boxed up for us and when we went to get it nobody knew what we were talking about and her room was still in complete disarray with dirty clothes, diaper, and dishes scattered throughout the room. Please do not send your loved ones to this facility.
During my stay i noticed the facility was very clean and the staff was attentive. Izzy my social worker explained the discharge process to and how the process went to get my wheelchair to go home with. It just got delivered to me. Izzy assisted me really well.
Staff here at Orchard took good care of my husband during his stay. Communication from Izzy the social worker for my husband was great. Izzy kept me in the loop weekly on updates.
I would not recommended anyone to go there they barely clean your room there was stuff on my floor for days.you barely seen nurse aids and when you push your buzzer they don't come into your room for hours and we make out a meal schedule they don't give you what you pick.
