All at various stages, from completely immobile to assisted supervision. As a family, this was our first experience with “assisted living / rehabilitation services” and to be honest very apprehensive. The staff, concept, and physical therapy team, put our minds at ease. The staff….. solid, patient, compassionate, and invested. My mother felt safe, supported, and seen. Thank you is not enough, I live out of state and though I made weekly…

Wow…..where to start. Through a series of events, my mother conducted her rehabilitation in the Otterbein Middletown location over the course of 13 weeks. All at various stages, from completely immobile to assisted supervision. As a family, this was our first experience with “assisted living / rehabilitation services” and to be honest very apprehensive. The staff, concept, and physical therapy team, put our minds at ease. The staff….. solid, patient, compassionate, and invested. My mother felt safe, supported, and seen. Thank you is not enough, I live out of state and though I made weekly visits my mind was at ease. The line of communication was unmatched, from status updates, arranging rides, and clerical support as we navigated this new world. The staff should know, you touched my mom… you touched our family. We will be forever grateful.
Otterbein was amazing, staff very friendly and took pride in caring, the food very good. They also answered any questions I had and kept family up to date with everything going on. I 100% recommend a loved ones stay here.
The home style atmosphere is comforting.. The staff worked very hard to help the clients with all their needs. The Otterbien Middletown Sennior Life is the the only place I would go for rehab..

We were relying on God to send my husband to a special place for rehab where good people would be there to care for him. The houses are just like an open concept home. They order the food from Krogers and cook it right there in the kitchen. My husband started eating and everyone was wonderful. They listened to my husband and therapy knew how to care for him. No place is perfect but they sure were pretty close. We are grateful for the blessing of being sent there. Treat them well as you would like to be treated. Thanks again Otterbein Middletown for everything.
Caring staff and home setting. I highly reccomend Otterbein to anyone looking for rehab for their loved ones.
This was our first time here, a lovely place. Loved the open concept, warm & cozy, awesome homemade food and the staff was the best!! My aunt got excellent care! Thank you, all!! Happy Thanksgiving!
