Was here for a volunteer outing. Some of the staff looked like they were fresh out of prison and down right rude. One of the elderly women, her toe nails were so long and discolored and thick, it looked painful. There was another woman on a gurney type bed, her gown almost exposing her chest, blood on her blanket, her fingernails were so long and looked infected. Who is cosmetically taking care of these patients ??? Shame on the staff. Also, I had asked about bringing the patients toiletries, food and other items from time to time and one of the staff told me we would have to talk to the activity director but didn’t know who it was and didn’t have any info on who we should talk too, like what???? Then I tried to buy a drink from their cooler as it stated they were $1.00 then was told no because it was locked and had a code. Ok put it in??? Staff acted very weird. Like they were hired really quick to come and act like they do something. If you have ever seen the movie, “The Home” that’s the vibe I was getting. Our elderly need to be protected and respected. We all will be in their shoes someday. People who work in nursing home should also remember that too. Would you want to be treated in such ways or your loved ones ??? Do better.

They took wonderful care of my mother here.

They took excellent care of my aunt. Thank God for places like this as they are hard to come by

Thank you so much for the exceptional care you provided to my uncle during his stay at Pebble Creek. The therapy staff and aides provided excellent care.

Zero stars should be an option. The workers not only care more about their snacks then their patients, they pull out machines for vent patients from the 1800's. The room was always in a disarray and they did not want us to clean up anything because it was how they like it. Workers also complained how short staffed they are and in the month my mother was there, she did not get a single shower. When my mom was there after a stroke, we were guaranteed she would be having therapy and how amazing it was. She had therapy once during her month long stay. She had a nurse come in and see there was condensation in her vent line, to which she just lifted it into the air throwing the water down my moms tube. Thank god i was there. We were told " its not a big deal" while anyone in their right mind knows that can cause issues. X-rays were requested and only done due to me being there. Walked in many times for my moms bed covered in urine but the excuse was " that must have just happened" Also walked in to her gown having a dried large brownish red spot by where her feed tube was. After asking a few people what that was from and no one knew, they hoyered her to her wheelchair where her feed tube just fell out. the brown spot was from the tube coming out, but somehow no one showed concern. after having her taken to the hospital for this, i went back hours later to get a few things from her room for the hospital, walked in to see medicine just sitting on her table, that was in pill form which she could not take so it was not hers. We refused to take her back there. This place still lives in my nightmares. We chose this location since it was top rated and had great reviews at the time in 2024. i could go on and on but whats the point. This place needs to be investigated for neglect and for billing services that do not get done.

I have a friend here every time I call I get a busy single thinking about sueing

Do not send your loved ones here they almost killed my grandpa one lady there woke him up out his sleep by dripping his own pee on him from his urinal that he would use saying if I have to be up he has to be up too . They were rude to him and belittled him because he kept having bowl movements on himself that he could not control. They are nice when the family members are there but when they leave it’s a whole different story . It’s completely sick how they run this place. He was just there for rehab and he ended up almost dead when he left there was perfectly fine when he got there .
