This facility is disgusting and corrupt!! What i witnessed in this place is atrocious. The “caregivers” will scream and abuse their power. They had their first black person become a resident and she didn't last but two days because they are extremely racist!!! DO NOT bring your family members here!!! They will treat them like animals! I’ve reported this facility and anyone who has family here should to! If i could give zero stars I would!!
The staff is very friendly. They all know the residence first names and always address them when they see them. My mom happens to have one of the few two bedroom apartments there which she loves. They do her laundry once a week and also clean the apartment weekly. They do an excellent job with both of those services. Someone comes in and changes her towels a couple times a week. She is well taken care of there. Highly recommend!

I live in a different State so a lot of my communication is via email or phone. I feel the staff is conscientious and tries to provide best care. If my Sister or I Identify a problem the staff usually corrects the problem in a reasonable time frame.
I believe it is a very good place for assisted living, it is well staffed and the staff knows everyone by name and they treat all the residents with respect. Yes I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place for there parents or anyone needing a place for a loved ones.
We really liked the idea of this facility being family owned by several generations. The owners parents once lived there, and they truly want your loved ones treated as well as if it were their own family. Staff is very friendly, food is abundant & very good. This is a perfect place for mom.
I firmly believe Pleasant Point all in all is a 5 my mother loves the staff, meals and activities.Thank you for your assistance in securing a place for my Mother. Most of the friends my Mother had lived in the area and the family felt that being closer would enable them to possibly visit her more often, as well they helped us to place her immediately, since we had had a need for immediate placement.
Just had a wonderful visit with my 101 year old mother in law what great staff really are doing the Lord's work here !
