3.7 · 54 reviewsI am truly in awe of the wonderful nursing staff who cared for my mom before and while she passed away in their facility. She enjoyed socializing and the daily activities as well as the food. I can't say enough good things about every staff member with which I had contact; from laundry, food service and facilities to RNs, STNAs and LPNs. Thank you so so mich for taking care of my mom and making her last days so wonderful.
Clean living quarters. Nice friendly staff. Very modern.
They simply do NOT prioritize short term care patients nor do they care to. Staff from house keeping all the way up to nursing director are rude and lack accountability and communication skills. Do NOT send your loved one in need of short term physical rehabilitation here.

My Dad stayed there for about 10 days,and he said that he had a good experience. I visited him there doing that period,and the place seems to be a very good place.the girl working the front desk in the main lobby near the front door 🚪 was very nice and friendly. If I need a nursing 🧑🍼 rehab facility for myself or a family member or friend,I will definitely consider this place.😇
Nurses do not care about the residents at all and complain about doing their jobs and could care less about how people are doing
This facility is rated five stars by CMS for a reason. We were very pleased with the care and professionalism at this facility for my mother in law. Top notch therapy and staff.
Pleasant View is a great facility. The Administrator, Matt, is very involved and cares about the residents. The staff are wonderful!
A very dear friend of mine had to bring her husband here for a short time after a fall he had. The treatment he received at this facility was absolutely horrific. He left your care worse then he went in. Within an hour of being home he had to be taken to the hospital. The state will be notified of how this place is run. So please if you are thinking of putting a loved one here...DONT!!!!
