Some employees don't know how to diaper an elderly person. Facility is a house turned into an assisted living and all rooms including living room and kitchen are too small. Owner is not active in daily operations and therefore unaware of what really goes on with his business on a daily basis. Owner is not active in daily operations and therefore unaware of what really goes on with his business on a daily basis. Most of the staff seems nice, but the staff supervision, proper management, or schedule and checking is lacking. Nutirious fresh, low salt, or low fat food lacking as primarily processed frozen food is served . Balanced meals lacking.. as are activities. Have seen worse places, but there is definitely room for improvement in this facility .
The owner is no longer actively engaged or monitoring the facility and his business. Food served is excessively processed, frozen food and not fresh, low salt, or low fat. Kitchen is small. Diet not at all for elderly. Staff in general seems nice enough for a few moments interaction but is not managed or supervised well and is mainly family/friends. Staff eat facility's food and use their electric and water to wash personal laundry. Robbery occurred in past year making security and safety a concern. Activities are few and far between anymore. Training on a number of levels is lacking.. Living…

Precious Care was recommended to me, and I had placed my father there and doing well. It’s really good for the older folks like my father, and it's always geared towards what they’re capable of plus it’s accessible.

I would not go with Precious Care because it was not well-kept, felt very cramped and very crowded, and was more like a house, not a facility. We basically walked in and walked out. It didn’t seem like an uplifting place nor would they take care of his needs in a timely manner. It was basically a house with bedrooms, a small dining area, and living room where people just sit and watch TV. They had yoga classes.
My mother was at Precious Care. They were wonderful. They only had 14 clients. They're marvelous. They had amazing staff, and they had an amazing owner. The facility was very clean. They had very dedicated staff.
I had the opportunity to interact with the staff at Precious Care Assisted Living in Concord and was incredibly impressed at everyone's willingness to help me - they all went above and beyond to assist.
For the past six months, my 88 year old mother has been living at Precious Care. Evert time I visit, I am impressed by how gently and with care the residents are treated by the staff. It is a small, communal based type of facility forming a family like atmosphere. Staff freely interact with the residents: have sing along on a piano and even have outings in the summer time to local community concerts. Since coming to Precious Care, my mother's physical strength has improved, has gained some weight and is overall stronger and happier. Since we live out of town, we feel she is in good hands and is well looked after.
Great facility with caring and empathetic owner and staff My uncle has been with Precious Care for a year and a half. The owner and staff treat my uncle and my family as if we are family and have always gone over and above to meet our needs. Precious care has a homelike atmosphere which is kept neat and clean and has a large common living room for the residents to sit together and visit and/or watch television together. If you're lucky you may even catch the owner taking requests and playing them on the piano!! There is also a quaint screened in porch to be enjoyed on pleasant weather days. I highly recommend this facility for your loved one.
