My husband was in the facility for about 3 months during his stay before he passed nurses were just wonderful especially Mariah and Ashley I would like to thank them very much for taking care of him many of the other staff also nurse aides Stephanie was his favorite. He thought a lot of her and so did his family

This place is not where I would send my parents. I live on the 'restricted' side because I was diagnosed with Alzheimers in the future. The place is filthy. The tables on lockdown aren't cleaned after meals. Patients sit in pull-ups full of waste. My clothes disappeared in laundry even though I had name tags on most of them. My son took me to Target yesterday to start a new wardrobe (we'll see how long that lasts). If you love your family, don't put them here. I wrote this in LOCKDOWN with just a diagnosis of ALZHEIMERS.

DON'T COME HERE!!!!!! Nurses are overworked and underappreciated! One nurse for over 20 residents and patients equals inadequate care! The food is HORRIBLE!!!!! Overall this place has went to Hell!!!!

Very dirty place. Do not take any loved one here. They are extremely rude and don't care about the patients. Place needs to be closed! Everyone there should have there license taken.

This place is disgusting. The smell alone will make you sick. You can hear the nurses in the hallway using foul language. I could go on but I'm keeping it brief.

This place is horrific! My mother was there for a day and a half and ended up at Mercy Hospital! She went there from the Cleveland Clinic for rehab and therapy. She is on oxygen, and around 230 in the morning, she called for a nurse, but half an hour went by and nobody showed up. She then was in panic mode and called my sister because she was having breathing issues. My sister had to call the front desk to tell them my mom needed help. She then called my mom back a was listening to everything. They had to call 911 because she had hypoxia and difficulty breathing. Once she arrived to the hospital thru emergency the Dr told her it's a good thing she came because she would have gone into congestive heart failure. The administrator showed up to the hospital the next day to find out what happened because she knew they screwed up big-time. Needless to say we pulled our mom out of that facility. Then I went to get her personal belongings I looked into a room the patient was laying in the floor on a mattress moaning and fussing. Then another resident was always fussing every time we walked by the room. I asked the administrator about her and she heartlessly said oh she's disruptive and people are complaining. She then said we have a lockdown room that we are going to put her in. REALLY? That is HORRIFIC and INHUMANE!! These people are not animals and shame on that facility and faculty! How in the hell do the employees feel good about themselves and sleep at night? That place smells like a sewer plant and is disgusting!!! I will be filing a complaint and if you have a family member you truly love and have a conscience you would not send them there

This place needs to be state looked at an shut down and reformed

Great place with great staff. Everyone was very helpful with my father when he was there.
