Provision Living West Clermont cared for my mother for nearly five years, and during that time it truly felt like she was part of a family — not just a resident. The staff consistently treated her with kindness, dignity, and genuine affection. She was happy there, well cared for, and surrounded by people who knew her personally and looked out for her every day. As a family, that gave us tremendous peace of mind. We are incredibly grateful for the compassion and attention they showed her over the years. If you are looking for a place where your loved one will be cared for with both professionalism and heart, I would highly recommend Provision Living West Clermont.

Hello I just wanted to share our experience at provisions. Almost three years ago we moved my mother here. It was the best choice ever and a God sent! Their attention to care and comfort was outstanding every day. Currently I’m in Moms room in her last hours. My mother and family are at peace 100%. The staff is Gods angles taking care of everyone. They treat people like family all of the time. I will miss the staff dearly as they are now part of our family. I will stop back after mom passes to get one more huge in. I can’t say enough about this place. From the bottom of my heart thank you for everything and may God bless you all!

This is a gorgeous campus, and there are some tremendous individuals there, but if you are seeking long term care for your loved one with brain disease/dementia, I wholeheartedly encourage you to look elsewhere. Communication is extremely difficult and unprofessional, at every level. From waiting to enter OR exit the Memory Care wing to the call buttons in the rooms not working and the wait time for help (the aides have no way to effectively communicate with each other), it is a very broken system. Additionally, there is little possibility for family to call their loved one or ask for a report, etc and actually have their needs met immediately. Forget actually speaking to anyone IN memory care! They often have no one available to answer the phone at the front desk, let alone in the memory care unit. Again, I’m sure those seeking Assisted Living will be pleased, as the environment is lovely and those you encounter seem happy. But this facility is NOT equipped to meet the needs and care required by those with brain disease and their families.

The cleanliness of the common area is a 5, but our loved ones room would get a 3/5. We plan to address their attentiveness as we are paying more for it and don't think our loved one is getting it consistently. We cannot comment on the activities because our loved one does not participate in them.
