4.6 · 75 reviewsFirst, the community is clean and features updated, modern decor that still feels cozy and inviting. The residents and staff are consistently happy. You can tell the staff share close interpersonal bonds, and it shows in their work and warm interactions. This is definitely a place where I’d feel comfortable knowing my loved ones would be safe, happy, and loved!
We were so lucky to have found Reflections Senior Living in Lancaster for my Mother-in-Law. I couldn’t ask for a better staff and environment. They treat all of us like family. I would recommend Reflections to anyone!
My Mom moved to Reflections in January and passed away in April. During her time at the facility she became family to the staff and they were so incredible during her stay and I couldn’t have asked for better people taking care of her before she passed away. They became a part of our family as well. I am truly grateful to them and everything they did to care for my mom and help us through a difficult time. I would recommend them to anyone who has a loved one looking for Independent Living or Assisted Living facilities.

My mom has been at reflections retirement community for over a year now. We’d come from fancy place that cost a significant amount more money per month. The staff at reflections are second to none. We couldn’t be happier with the care Our Mom is receiving. I would highly recommend reflections for your loved one as well.!
The staff at Reflections goes above and beyond to care for our dad. They are patient, kind and trustworthy. Lots of activities and good homemade meals. The facility is clean and welcoming. They really do a great job to make everyone feel special and cherished. We are so thankful to have Reflections in our community!
The staff is fantastic, always looking out for my mom.
Friendly, caring staff and clean environment. We experienced a lot of staff turnover at first which was unsettling but we’ve seen greater stability in most positions more recently. They genuinely seem to care for their residents and are communicative as needed. Grateful to have Reflections in our community.
