What a great place. The staff are outstanding and the residents seem so happy.
Diane Potts was a pleasure to work with.
There is so much I want to say! Long story short... I took my 9 year old autistic daughter to the Easter event on the evening of April 17, 2025 and a young boy literally took a golden egg from her. She asked a few times for him to please give it back and didn't, he just ran off laughing. When I said something to the Administrator, he was very kind and apologized. Him and a few other employees went above and beyond for my daughter today, to make up for the incident, even though it was not their fault. If they are this kind to people who are not residents there, I image the care the residents…

The first 2,3,or 4 reviews I read were from supposed employees that have been there for multiple years. They say how great a place it is and that they really enjoy working there, and take care of the residents like they would want their family taken care of. Well if that is true then they must not take care of their own family or watch over them ,and not just allow an elderly person to just up and make decisions that are not in the best interests, or safety for the residents who stay there. They just allowed my uncle, which is just shy of 80, to say that he was tired of being there and allowed him to sign himself out on his own without once contacting his family to let them know that he just walked off the property stating that he is going to Miami Florida to live with his sister in law. Which he no longer has or do they live there. So really they just allowed an 80 or old man to sign his self out and walk off the property without trying to inform any of his family. This man has been lost somewhere between Cincinnati and Florida for the last 3 months. The only reason we know about the situation now is because his son and daughters had to call the home asking where their father was. So if that's how they would want someone to take care of their family then I hope they get what they ask for. My uncle has been missing for 3 months without any of his medicine, and heart problems. Yes he may have said he wanted to sign out, but why would they just let him go without informing his family so they could have it stopped. I know for sure that I would never allow my mother to be put in a home for someone else to allow her to make bad, and unsafe decisions on her own. I'll take care of her myself. At least I will know where she is and she is safe.
I have been here for many years and is a great place experience friendly and caring atmosphere. 😊
My husband was a resident for a little over a month. He was unable to do anything for himself at that time. He received excellent care and was treated with utmost respect. They were very couteous to me as well and addressed all of my concerns very quickly.
