2.7 · 6 reviewsMy friend was placed here a week ago. I packed up this friend's last place and helped him clean so I KNOW for a fact he did not have bed bugs beforehand. Within days if being in this facility his legs were torn up and from the pictures he sends me every few days it's only getting worse. This is outrageous!
A friend lived there for 5 years, and care was terrible. They had bed bugs. Fed grilled cheese sandwiches to residents for dinner. They would kick him out to ride his bike after breakfast and did not monitor him at all. I would never put anyone I cared for in this facility.
Homely atmosphere, run by very friendly caring and loving family members. Excellent place with three dogs a cat. Very neat and clean.

They do not provide nutritious meals. They do not tend to the residents needs in a timely manner, because sometimes there is no one watching the residents. Residents [Removed] from them. The Staff is [Removed] to the residents!!! They charge the residents an excessive amount to drive them to doctors appointments and such. THIS IS NOT A PLACE YOU WOULD WANT TO PLACE A LOVED ONE IN OR BE IN YOURSELF!!!!

This was a no, felt like a group home, a lot more residents than I anticipated, in comparison to other communities. A dog running around but you could smell animals as soon as you went in. The resident manager understand the conditions and I'm sure she is providing excellent.
