4.4 · 93 reviewsMy father has resided there for a short time, but the place was EXTREMELY CLEAN! The staff including the nurses were friendly and very attentive to my father's needs. The only reason we're moving him to another memory care home is because Gahanna is too far away from the rest of his family. Other than that, I highly recommend this place for your loved one that is in need of memory care. I give this Gahanna location 5 stars! - Ariel
My mother was taken great care of for three years...a perfect place for memory care residences. Staff was great... administration made it easy from my end... care staff was great with her. They can leave her alone if necessary, or engage with activities, events, and celebrations. She ate better then I do...the meals looked great. I would strongly suggest Sage Park for your loved ones!
My dad, Dave C, has been a resident for two and a half years. He has been so well cared for and loved. He is safe and remains happy and full of joy. The staff takes great care of the residents. The food is good, the care is top notch but the activities during the week set it apart. My dad gets to be in a men’s group, do chair exercises, sing alongs and so much more! Each holiday is celebrated and the residents get to enjoy life! I’m so grateful my dad is so well cared for while being safe.

Sage Park feels welcoming and cared for. The staff are just as wonderful; they’re friendly, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to help residents and visitors feel at home. You can tell they truly care about the people who live here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a warm and inviting community for themselves or a loved one.
My mother was only there for 61 days. The staff was great and tried to make her feel welcomed. In her mind she never belong there and pushed them along with her family away. I am truly grateful for everything that they did and tried to do. Another comment would be that the staff is great to work with. They truly care about the residents and the needs of the resident along with the families. The process would have been harder to deal with if it were not all of them caring so much. A big thank you needs to out to all of them.
Sage Park Memory Care & Transitional Assisted Living was a five because of the level of care that they give, a very clean environment, and it felt very safe. The tour and the amenities that they have were really nice. It looks like they were very caring and very helpful information-wise. Everybody spoke when I was there. The common areas were really nice and clean. The rooms were very nice, clean, and big. I did like the fact that they had private rooms. The shared rooms weren't bad, but pricing is a little high for me.
Great staff who truly cares for all of their residents.
