Every time I enter the building, I am consistently greeted with warm, friendly smiles from both staff and residents. There is a genuine sense of kindness and attentiveness that is immediately felt. The residents always appear engaged, happy, and actively socializing, which speaks highly to the environment and quality of care they receive. The atmosphere throughout the community is positive, welcoming, and well-organized. Every time I enter the building, I am consistently greeted with warm, friendly smiles from both staff and residents. There is a genuine sense of kindness and attentiveness that is immediately felt. The atmosphere throughout the community is positive, welcoming, and well-organized. The building is also always spotless and well-maintained, reflecting the pride the staff take in their work and the comfort of the residents. Overall, it is clear that the team is truly dedicated to providing excellent care and creating a safe, uplifting place for those who call this community home.
I’ve been there several times with my husband; the staff is everyone ,is friendly and the food is great. They treat my husband very very well.

StoryPoint Gahanna had assisted living and memory care, so we looked at both sides. The staff was friendly. They offered a lot of arts and crafts. There are a lot things for the older clientele. I liked the fact that the rooms were clean. I liked that they had the washer and dryer and the refrigerator inside of it, and just the fact that they could eat out on the patio, and then they have live music and live bands at dinnertime. It was really, really nice. I really would like to put my mom there. I'm just working on money issues.
My mother has been a resident for the past few months and has greatly enjoyed the activities and amenities offered throughout the facility. She has also appreciated the opportunity to meet many new people. One area of improvement we have noticed over time is the timeliness and responsiveness of the staff, which has been steadily improving.
Storypoint’s staff an facilities are exemplary. Staff are professional and caring. The facilities are maintained to a very high standard. The staff care for the residents on a daily basis from morning till night. No need is left undone from answering the phone to greeting visitors to preparing meals providing entertainment.
Wonderful home-like environment. The activity staff does such a good job offering many and varied activities for residents and families! I would like to have more security around the outside of the building including all parking lots. My family member’s parked car has been damaged twice. The dining areas are lovely. It seems they could use a little more meal ordering/serving help sometimes but overall the dining experience is great!
Story Point Gahanna staff are exemplary. I have found all staff to be very professional and focused on the care of the residents. Residents are fortunate to reside in this environment. I would recommend Story Point Gahanna to all.
