3.7 · 52 reviewsI have had nothing but positive interactions with the staff. They have just opened a state of the art dialysis den that provided patients a great experience. I highly recommend this facility and I know they will take care of your loved one.
Sanctuary is an older but wonderful place! People I've encountered their seem very happy and the staff is great! I would recommend this skilled nursing facility!
I recently had the opportunity to tour this community and learn more about their skilled services. I was impressed how comfortable and welcoming the environment felt. The staff speaks in pride with the type of services they are able to offer.

I highly recommend Sanctuary Wadsworth! I work in an assisted living community and we value Sanctuary as a trusted partner to care for our residents when they require additional care needs. Great staff and a warm, welcoming environment. The team truly cares about their residents and goes above and beyond to provide quality care. You can tell they take pride in what they do—highly recommend The Sanctuary!
What really happens on nights and weekends??
DONT bring your loved ones here. the employees are lazy they will complain about giving baths they will leave your loved ones stuck on the toilet for hours during the night even if they pull emergency string no one will show up. they won’t answer the emergency buttons that they give to all residents god forbid they hit button during the night no one will respond. it’s pathetic I would give 0 stars if it was a option. DONT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE.
This place is thee worst place to put your love ones . If you love your family please DONT NOT I MEAN DO NOT PLACE THEM THERE. It’s old and outdated and they are short staffed and the stars that are beside the rating they should be closed down. For good reason this place needs rehabilitation itself alone. Worst place ever
