4.1 · 78 reviewsMy wife spent the last two years of her life there. I live nearby so I was able to see on a daily basis the excellent care that she received there. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I just moved my brother up from Florida so that he could be there. He has Parkinson’s and is receiving the same excellent care that my wife received!
My mom is in assisted living here, they're great! 👍
My mother was in memory care there (she had all her ADL and no behavior issues) and exactly 1 year had an "accident" and then got moved to other area, as they began remodeling where she was, and passed away. Some good and some not good staff members spoke with and observed.

Everyone is so welcoming, and helpful. The nurse aides are always on stop of their jobs, and task. Walked in to amazing care provided to a very close elderly friend.

I would recommend Sem Haven to my loved ones.
My wife has been in SEM Haven for rehab. Everyone was very friendly and cooperative. The place was very clean and did not have any smell like urine smell or anything like that. The rehab people were extremely good as far as giving my wife therapy.
My mother moved into the memory care at SEM Haven in December of 2023. The rooms and common areas are clean and spacious. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Food appears to be decent but my Mom actually says its really good! The memory care is set up with private rooms that are large enough for residents to have their own sitting area. There is also a common living/dining/kitchen area, screened porch and a fenced yard + 2 resident cats which is nice. The set up encourages the residents to interact with each other vs just being in their rooms alone although they are able to do that too. SEM Haven memory care was highly recommended to me for my mother and I highly recommend as well!
