It’s night and day the move in process was so easy the people so accommodating- the place is clean they sent me messages two times the first night to let me know how our mom was doing! Just amazing bravo! It’s incredible how good you feel leaving a loved one with someone that cares!
I saw my Dad yesterday and oh my goodness, he has improved beyond anyone’s expectations. A month ago we were told to come and say our goodbyes. When I got there and saw him, it was startling, I thought I was too late. But now, he’s lucid, even in the late afternoon. He’s out and about in the facility, finally making friends, he’s feeding himself, even asking for PT because he wants to walk again. I can’t thank The Serene Suites enough for taking such good care of my father. Their staff have been a Godsend. ❤️
Friendly staff, takes well care of their patients and show compassion and care about what they do. Beautiful place.

We moved my father into Serene Suites 3 weeks ago, and the care we received over those 3 weeks before he passed was all we could ask for. The administration was very attentive, listening to our concerns and trying to help my dad acclimate to the new place. We moved him from another facility that we had a lot of issues with and this place made us feel very at home. We cannot thank the administration and the nursing staff enough for proving excellent care to my dad while he was there.
Staff is terrific. Any issue that arises is addressed immediately. Highly recommend.
Caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s/dementia is very challenging. Serene Suites has helped make providing care easier. It is a very nice comfortable facility at a convenient location.
