A number of the people writing positive reviews here are employees of the facility who are shilling for it. Unfortunately, the reality is quite different than their comments suggest. The truth is it is a dump. The staff is abysmal, the administration even worse. There is rampant drug use within the facility. Bottom line: it's just not the kind of place you want a loved one to recuperate in. Zero out of five starts would be the most appropriate rating.
I CALLED THIS NURSING FACILITY LOOKING FOR MY AUNT THAT WAS MISSING FOR YEARS,I TRIED FINDING HER .AT THIS FACILITY I WAS TOLD THROUGH ANCESTRY DNA .AND THE WOMAN THAT ANSWERED WAS SHORT,RUDE,LAZY,SOUNDS YOUNG AND SILLY ,TO ME.SO UNCARING.ABOUT RESIDENTS SEARCHING FOR LOVED ONES IS AWFUL IN PROFESSIONAL .WHO SHOULDN'T EVEN BE IN THIS FIELD.

Definitely not a place for Mom for Dad or Grandma or Grandpa. It's a very nasty place for anyone to live. The residents stay dirty because of no shower's that are in working order. I would rate it a zero but gave it a 1 Just to let me post on social media
Solivita of Oak pavillion was a very down to earth and interesting place . The staff was very nice and the residents were very full of life . The place is newly remodeled . My grandmother was there for a short stay after a surgery and she enjoyed it so much I’m going to call and see if they offer respite care for when we go on vacation.
It is a real pleasure to see the turnaround at Oak Pavilion. With a totally revamped Administrative team and Clinical management cache who have implemented a total overhaul of the frontline staffs culture and treatment modalities equating to high level acuity treatments. Additionally Oak Pavilion is in the midst of a multi million dollar renovation of the Facility. Paired with an unparalleled Therapy team offering the highest innovative therapy modalities for PT OT and Speech therapy. Oak Pavilion is becoming the top destination for Short term in patient rehabilitation in the Cincinnati area. The new Oak Pavilion is truly that. New in every way.
The renovations are amazing giving residents spacious rooms, comfort & a feeling of home. Along with the caring staff, who go above & beyond, this is definitely a facility highly recommended.
The renovations are not limited to the esthetics of the building. Great changes are seen in every area from staffing, food service and everything in between.
