I'm a Caucasian man who had a golden retriever mix, I lived at Saint Paul's Village for 5 years and it was the only racist hateful place I've ever lived! I lost everything I owned... If you're a Caucasian do not move here, especially if you have a dog. I have chronic Asthma and even with letters from my Dr (which were ignored), I was threatened with eviction and ordered to pay my rent in escrow at the Hamilton County courthouse. I was never a day late or a dollar short on my rent!!!! This place cost me everything I wish I'd never moved here....
I will move to St. Paul Village, and I've had family members who lived there and passed away, and it was very, very nice. The one person I spoke with was very nice and pleasant, and she's the manager. The facility was very clean.

All the residents of A bldg were forced into an hotel after a pipe burst on December 26th 2022, and there's no idea when we can move back in If you have a dog don't move here. I have received 31 complaints about my 9 year old Golden mix! Every dog owner has had the same problem now I'm being evicted now I'm the bossy one same problem Golden retrieve r mix and was accused of bullying them when I defend her
