Residents get hurt and have bumps, cuts and bruises and management just hides it. Staff locks the locks on wheelchairs so residents can’t move around freely.. bedrooms and floors and filthy. Residents don’t get proper hygiene and it’s sad. If you report anything you get a target on your back and get called “crazy” or told you need mental help… management hides everything and says they don’t want any “anonymous” people reporting them. Staff and management treat residents and other staff poorly. Residents don’t get treated right. Would not put any of my family members here! This place needs investigated and shut down and staff/management in jail!
This is awful place they don't care bout the people and the workers are lazy don't care they have mold in rooms they have been reported to from city I wish I was able.get my brother out of there
My daughterwas sent there and was greeted rudely and they refused to accept her valid identification card. She was sent there for them to do a background check for a job she’s starting and they refused to assist her.

My regret is not speaking up sooner! so I am sorry to the families. The staff would forget to pull a resident off of the toilet for more than a hour Another wheelchair bond resident was put in a corner with the wheel chair locks on so she couldn't move I would get my client dressed and she would have big bruises on her I reported a lot of neglect but management was very currupt. I should have told their families. Please do not send your loved ones here.
