Resident had to call his son and have him speak to his nurse at another facility to get someone to help his father get up after having a fall. The resident tried yelling loudly and was unable to call EMS. 7 attempts were made to call the facility to inform them that a resident needs assistance immediately but was sent to a voicemail. EMS was called for the resident to help him. This is terrible service and supervision during the nightshift at this facility. No telling how long the resident would have been laying on the floor if he had not been able to call out to his son at different facility.
This place is great they took good care of my grandma! Highly recommend. Would give 10 stars if it would let me!

They are suggesting the patient soil themselves because they don’t have the personnel to move an adult male. If this man wasn’t ready to check out before he got here he will be soon because of the ignominy of it all! They are truly making things worse!
Amazing place ! Very caring .
My loved one was suffering and recovering from Clostridioides difficile. He has a host of other medical conditions that has him near immobile. Needless to say 5 star staff was my top priority when considering a place of recovery . The Atlantes delivered that care. He left stronger and with better cognitive efficiency than before he was sick. Kristen and all the nurses absolutel 5 stars. Aids 5 stars . Administration staff 5 stars . Therapist 5 stars. Responce time 5 stars . Ive had experiences with other rehab facilities and there is no comparison. If you truly love your loved one the choice should be an easy one the Alantes
