4.5 · 147 reviewsI am a volunteer with Delaware County Master Gardeners. Once a month we visit and hold workshops on flowers, bees and garden related crafts. The residents and staff are always so happy. The facility is very clean and the staff is attentive. It always makes me happy to go there and spend time with the residents.
I can’t say enough good things about the memory care community. The staff is amazing—kind, patient, and genuinely thinking about the residents first!. Memory Care is very organized and on top of things, which gives families a lot of confidence. The activities are engaging! Residents are happy and loved. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for loving and genuine memory care.
The Avalon of Lewis Center is amazing! Every time I visit this location I am impressed at the level of attention and dedication in memory care. The memory care floor goes above and beyond in every way with their creative activities and ways to keep residents involved. There is no place I would rather have my loved one stay. Thank you Avalon!

Wonderful facility! Responsive staff, comfortable surroundings! Mother-in-law is happier and healthier than she’s been in the last 10 years, and she just moved in Feb 2026. Thank you, Avalon!
They do a great job keeping the environment positive! The employees from nurses to aides to servers at meals all have smiles and treat residents with respect.
The activities director Samantha is creative, caring and energetic with a sunny disposition. Resident focused and dementia certified, she gives each person the reality of living happily in their home, with social interaction and a personal touch. She discovers the individuals interests, resulting in healthier, active and more enriched lives. The location is always friendly and clean!
The Avalon has been such a blessing for our family. Everyone is friendly, the activities are great, and the staff genuinely cares about the residents. Every time we visit, there’s something fun happening and the atmosphere feels warm and welcoming. It’s comforting to know our loved one is somewhere they are happy and supported.
