I see a lawsuit here in the very near future 🤷🏽♂️ they are terrible here on 3rd shift my light has been on for about a hr and a half my wounds didn’t get changed but it’s ok I will be contacting a lawyer the internet here is amazingly terrible I’ve missed and dropped several important phone calls the WiFi can’t hold a connection for nothing the tv keep dropping signal. How is people suppose to watch tv or what are they suppose to do for entertainment? This place is just awful… it’s a few good workers and the…

I was shut and locked in my room and they would not answer my call button. I had just been operated on and I was there for rehab. I managed to stay there about eight hours. They would not come and give me water. They would not help me go to the bathroom. I ended up having to call 911 they would not let the paramedics in the paramedics said they were hiding and they kept banging on the door. They thought they were gonna have to break in to get…

This place is pure hell!!! It used to be a beautiful place. That was well run now they’ve let foreigners come in who do not take care of the patients. I was shut and locked in my room and they would not answer my call button. I had just been operated on and I was there for rehab. I managed to stay there about eight hours. They would not come and give me water. They would not help me go to the bathroom. I ended up having to call 911 they would not let the paramedics in the paramedics said they were hiding and they kept banging on the door. They thought they were gonna have to break in to get me out. They said that it wasn’t the first time and sadly it wouldn’t be the last time. This place should be closed permanently!! Sadly, this used to be a beautiful facility and that was well run back in the 90s now it’s not even a shadow of its former self.
Ants along the basement boards in my room. They couldn't get my medication correct. Verbal abuse from the night nurse. I could see daylight to outside around the heating unit. I was in for 4 days and had to leave against the docs orders. The place is a hell hole. I wouldn't put a dog in that place.

My mom needed therapy for broken vertebrae. There was a TON of staff for each wing. They all were so very nice and attentive! We never went more than 45 minutes without someone attending to her without her hitting her call light. Therapy 5 times a week where they broke it up into multiple sessions so she would get the full hour. I cannot begin to thank the ENTIRE staff enough. Thought she would be there a month. No, less than 3 weeks and going home ❤️. We were so blessed by them all! Thank you!

The staff is exceptionally compassionate and professional, treating each resident with dignity and respect. The facility itself is immaculate, with a warm, home-like atmosphere rather than an institutional feel. The historic building has been beautifully updated while maintaining its charm. Common areas are inviting, and private rooms are spacious and comfortable. Care quality is outstanding—nurses and aides are attentive without being intrusive, and they genuinely know the residents as individuals. The activities program is varied and engaging, from music therapy to gardening clubs. Meals are surprisingly good, with fresh ingredients and accommodation for dietary needs. My only minor criticism is that visiting hours could be more flexible on weekends. Communication is transparent, with regular family meetings and prompt responses to any concerns. The location in Dublin is convenient with ample parking. The Convalarium strikes the perfect balance between professional medical care and genuine warmth. Highly recommended for families seeking quality assisted living.
I came to visit a family member. The staff were awesome, very helpful, friendly n great to work with.
