Ganzhorn specializes exclusively in Memory Care, and I truly felt as though I had family caring for my husband. He had the freedom to move about, and was consistently encouraged to stay active. They also offered classes for caregivers, which provided comfort and support during a very difficult time. The Ganzhorn Suites goes above and beyond in providing expert memory care, but also while treating every resident with dignity, patience, and genuine kindness. Their support for the caregivers is well thought out and appreciated as well. Thank you for truly understanding the needs of those living with dementia or Alzheimer's.
The staff were wonderful and helpful. The facility is beautiful and set up like family households. The activities were excellent and fun. They incorporate family in most of the activities. They have church services. The menus could be improved with a better balance with vegetables and fewer carbs.

Their staff are caring towards the residents and know how to care for each different resident. They offer healthy meals and do offer a list of substitutions. It is expensive, but we would recommend The Ganzhorn Suites to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.
I've worked with Anne and Kim at Ganzhorn Suites and both are great, responsive, and compassionate. I highly recommend Ganzhorn Suites for anyone looking for quality memory care for a loved one.
Gorgeous facility, extremely clean, very nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, as soon as you walk in you are greeted by an incredibly rude and passive aggressive woman, named Tamie. Tamie, if the residents and other staff are voicing their concerns about you being rude and careless, maybe it’s a sign to be polite and respectful at work. This place would be far more beautiful and homely without Tamie being the first person to greet you.
Caring and compassionate staff!
Heard that staff do not get anything for the holidays. No bonus no gratitude. Overall hearing this about a place that employs healthcare professionals is kind of odd.
