The Administrator, John, is often in the hallway working but he makes time to ask if help is needed when he sees the call light on, Dr Garcellano is very kind and helpful to my health and medication needs, Tiffany is very nice and helpful for office and paperwork but always asks if anything is needed when the call light is on. Brittany in social services is very kind and compassionate about needs, Whitt in financial is great with helping understand financial assistance and needs, Bricelyn is very helpful in information about financial aid available and choices, Nurses Kaysi, Beth, Jamiya, Vincetta, Melissa, Megan, Iesha, are exceptional and made me feel safe important, every Nurse was kind, Lauren the STNA is so sweet and goes above and beyond her duties, also Julie STNA took great care of me, Kianna and Ashlee and Holly and Heather and Jermaine and Nicki and Sierra and James and Jennifer and Dee and Genni and Amanda were such great STNA care giving. Every single aid is respectful and caring about the pain I am in during care. Wound nurse Barb is amazing and very caring. Physical therapist Julie and Erin and occupational therapist Ashley helped me so much to learn what to do to get stronger and reach for goals. Emily in transportation scheduling is very nice and helpful regarding appointments and transport. I have been treated so well here even during busy times for all these people who work so hard as a team to make sure patients are well cared for. Thank you everyone and I know there are more names I can’t remember right now, but thank you all. You make a difference when someone is in pain, afraid, and not able to care for themselves 💗. What can I say about this nursing home? Well how about how you guys tried to leave my grandmother with only $50 a month. You guys took all of her check which was almost $2,000 a month and left her with $50 to survive on. And then YOUR lawyer told my elderly grandmother " well what do you expect it for free?". What kind of lawyer talks to an elderly human person like that? That's awful. You guys are a ripoff. You guys are scam. You guys literally take from the elderly and for what reason I don't know but it's disgusting behavior The people leaving positive reviews must have great money. Because what you guys are doing to my grandmother is horrible. It's deplorable. And it's not even right.
