The Pinnacle Rehab & Nursing Home

My father went here for rehab after being in the hospital - and ended up with an infected bed sore that they never addressed. It took 25-30 minutes for them to respond to calls, and would hang up on us if we called the nurses station to check on him. Do better - this is not a facility that puts the care of their residents a priority - it makes me sad.

Don’t ever let them take care of anyone in your family. I wouldn’t let them take care of my dying dog and I love my dog is a bad place for the residence in the stnas, and the nurses. They treat their employees and the people that live there like trash, they put on a good front but it’s not pleasant

My 86 yr old Father was discharged to this facility for physical therapy after a 2 wk stay at the hospital. The hospital had him ready and stable to start the strength building so that he can return to being mobile with a wheel chair or walker. After 2 full days of NO human contact, he finally went to therapy, came back, was stripped down to a diaper, for HOURS shivering until his girlfirend raised hell about him being naked and cold. I found out and raised wholly heck about the neglect and mentioned that a report to authorities regrding elder abuse was in order, they started jumping thru hoops, got the phone working, brought in a new bed, and actually took him to a 2nd therapy session in a wheelchair, well, after therapy, he returned in his wheelchair, extremely tired, but sat there for over 5 hours, unable to get out of the chair and into his new bed to rest. During the 5 hours of sitting in the wheelchair in the hallway without being able to use the toilet or telephone to call anyone for help, he had a couple accidents, which could have been done in a toilet instead of all over himself. Well, once again, after numoris phone calls and in-person yelling, he finally was put in his new bed, at that point he started slurring his words, and became very confused and only wanted to sleep, next morning, AMBO TO ER, and they are going to keep him. Someone that was fine with his stats and was ready to build up his strength and go home, the neglect he went thru was CRIMINAL! DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE IN THIS FACILITY.

Never ever put your loved one in this hell hole. It is by far the WORST nursing facilitu I have ever been in. They take 25 to 30 minutes to respond to call lights in spite of 3 to 4 prople sitting at the nurses station chatting and laughing among themselves. They left my relative in the bed with NO clothes on except a diaper!!!! Unacceptable. The food is horrible and on sunday july 20th residents did not get dupper until 7:30 pm. Unacceptable. Claimed they had 2 new cooks. Bullshit! They leave a patient on the toilet for 30 mins not able to fend for themselves. The phones went out and nobody knew anything sbout it for 2 days. Unacceptable. Patients could not receive or make calls. His portapot had feces smeared on it from sn earlier bowel movement. Noone cleaned it off. A television station will be called on yo investigate this hell hole for the sske of those who have no advocates.

My father went here for PT following a surgery. The surgery site became infected and the staff ignored it. He was telling them it was seeping and they fought him on it. Ended up with a terrible infection that caused him grave health problems. I do not blame them for the infection. I do blame them for ignoring it for multiple days and allowing it to fester to the point that he had to have intravenous antibiotics for a month. The nurse that needed to look at his incision actually got mad at him for wanting someone to look at his incision and left him sitting in the bathroom waiting for her for over an hour. Terrible, terrible place. He has not been the same since being there.
