very unprofessional. hires careless 19 y/os that are disrespectful and very disturbing. i wouldn’t recommend this place.
Over promise and under delivered. Poor communication and follow up by management. Keep an eye in your loved ones! Here I am still waiting from a representative from the Foundations Health to return my call as promised from 7/22/25 Not surprised.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience. The staff is exceptional-kind, attentive, and truly dedicated. The environment is always clean and welcoming and most importantly, our mom absolutely loves it here.
My mother has been here since January 2025. We would give it 6 stars if we could. The care has been OUTSTANDING! The decision to place her was difficult, but we have no regrets. She has dementia and does not advocate well for herself. EVERY time we come to visit, she is not in her room. She is out and about engaged in an activity, or watching TV with other residents. She has been sick and has had outstanding care. The communication about any concerns is great. The cleanliness is very good both for my for my mother and for the building in general. We absolutely love the staff and the care given to my mother and entire family! We highly recommend it.

My sister resides in the memory care unit, and I cannot express enough how truly wonderful the facility is as well as every staff member, from all departments everyone has gone above and beyond to provide the most wonderful care to my loved one. I would make the decision to place my loved one here again in a heartbeat. Truly the most thoughtful, caring and kind people you will ever meet. Making the choice to pull her from the previous facility and place her here was the best decision we could have made.
Be careful of the advertising for the Memory Care unit. Most of what is advertised is not available. Go and visit the unit during dinner time and be informed before you put a loved one there.
