Where can I find the application?
First I want to start with my deepest apologies to the terrace staff. I posted a bad review a lil while back stating some things that were and are UNTRUE. I was dating one of the relatives of a staff member there and was very upset because I was heartbroken. So therefore I'm recantting all bad things said. Sorry as well to management. Thank you.
Residents are extremely loud, always arguing, foul language, and I've found used needles in the woods & trash all over. This place is a burden for all neighbors. I literally live right by the nursing home. And some of the caregivers are just as bad as the residents. These people must have done wrong in their lives for loved ones to just dump them here.
I’ve had to bring 3 different people here after being discharged from the ER. Please explain how all the nurses are allowed to leave the facility and go on break at the same time, or I’m told they don’t staff nurses on the weekend, at a skilled nursing facility.....
Very nice staff
One of my dear friends lives there and loves it. The other residents are so friendly and I enjoy interacting with the awesome staff when I visit.
I have a family member living at Terrace at Westside. It was a hard decision to place my grandfather there, and we visited and interviewed several nursing homes and retirement communities. We met with the director, who gave us a nice tour. We were very impressed with the nutrition and dietary services, which was of particular importance to us, given my grandfather's medical conditions. They were able to put our mind at ease that his caloric intake would be strictly monitored, and he would be given a wide variety of foods. The facilities were very nice, but one area did smell a bit like urine, though I do not recall the particular area name. The nursing staff seemed very attentive, and patients that needed one-on-one seemed to be getting that. We felt very comfortable after our visit there. He did pass away a while ago, but we were very happy that the care and attention he received, and we felt confident he was in good hands during his last years with us.
