My brother-in-law has been a resident at Trinity for almost three years and I am impressed with the level of care, friendliness of staff, and responsiveness of all administrators. The very few problems encountered were discussed with staff and solved. My brother-in-law feels safe and loved, which enables him to express his wants and needs comfortably and without worrying about how they are received. I would recommend Trinity to anyone needing care.

Just no! Food limp and low quality for sick people. Had to take food over several times. They give meds together for continuance but interaction risk. I don't recommend even for short stay. way to many pain meds and pain from their therapy after 35 days rehab. I do not recommend. Addiction to drugs like narcotics is risk. Protect your loved ones. Some places better choices.

Excellent staff, including clinical, administrative and maintenance personnel, who do their best to care for patients with varying degrees of physical and cognitive abilities. Our 98 year old mother has been a AL resident at Trinity Community Fairborn, OH for 3 plus years, following an illness requiring treatment with blood thinner. Staff members are patient and kind with her dementia- which is sometimes challenging . Activity center staff works hard to engage residents, while respecting individual residents’ personal wishes. I have been a Resident at the Community for 5 years. I am a Veteran of The Army and have been treated with respect . The dietary at this facility is based on menus system so we do not get the same meal, every day. The cooks are good and food is just as good when it is prepared. rooms are cleaned every day except weekends they do good. Activities group is very good we go on outings when they are scheduled. Such as young’s Dairy at least 3-4 times because it is good place to eat and Family can come if needed. Staff is good, their nurses are RNs and numerous STNAS which provides care for the Family’s loved ones. Our TEAMS are good at what they are trained to do.

I wouldn't send anyone you care about to this facility! They are entirely too under staffed to properly care for their patients! They let their patients sit in their urine and feces for 4+ hours at a time! They do not bathe their patients when they are supposed to! If you walk the hallways all you can smell is urine! I'm absolutely appalled at how they have treated my grandfather who is now in the hospital with bed sores so deep they are literally to the bone, infected and at 4pm today he has to have surgery due to the bed sore that goes all the way to the bone on his tailbone!!! He was just released from there on Monday! Was admitted to the hospital on Tuesday! Has to have surgery today Wednesday because of the negligence he received from this place!!! There is no excuse for this!!! And to make matters worse, not one single staff member mentioned he had any bed sores! My poor grandmother had to find out for herself when she was cleaning him up! So disgraceful!

Very unhappy with our experience with this facility. The transportation from the hospital basically threw my dad in a very small room that was already occupied. He could not get to the call button or bed controls. It looked like the nurse on call had way too many patients. He just had spine surgery and they would not give him any medications or help in any way. The hospital listed this facility as "5 stars", but I'm pretty sure of we left our father there, they would have killed him.

We were recently in search of a new nursing home for my 95 year old uncle, who is a Korean War vet, due to a myriad of issues. The VA provided us a list of nursing facilities they work with.. The first one we visited was The Trinity Community at Fairborn where we were met by Julie Steadman who provided us a tour of the entire facility. During the tour, we met several residents who all spoke the praises of the assisted living community. Julie was a fantastic representative for the facility. She covered every bit of information and answered all of our questions. After our visit, we had three other nursing facilities scheduled to visit. After visiting the second one, it was very clear that Trinity of Fairborn was the clear choice and we didn't need to go visit the third one. We contacted Julie and told her we had selected Trinity and she took the transfer from there. My uncle has been there for three weeks and we are extremely happy with the care and attention he is receiving. Thanks so much to Julie for assisting us and guiding us to making the correct decision. She is one of the main reasons we chose Trinity.

Trinity was wonderful for my dad’s rehab. Everyone did a wonderful job of taking care of him. The staff was exceptional. Trinity did him a lot of good to be there.
