The move in process was great! Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Looking forward to a great, engaging living community.
My mom has lived here for 2 years and still is very happy. She receives excellent care and attention, And also, I'd like to give a special shout out to the maintenance team for fixing her air conditioning during these unbelievably hot days. thank you Matt and your team for making sure my mom didn't have to suffer in the heat.

I personally have visited the village of Eastgate to visit some friends and it was wonderful and they seem so happy❣️ the only reason why I didn’t give a five star rating was because myself or a family member had not been in there ✅ Tina is a wealth of information, so kind and cares so much. I honestly believe that she goes above and beyond to help you❣️
My wife and I have just had to move her sister out of The Village at Eastgate at the end of November. Her short stay was due to her declining conditions. We had nothing but the greatest experience with the staff and many of the residents during the few months she was there. The entire Staff from the front door through the administrators and Services Personal treated us like family and worked with us through any questions and requests we had. Thank You All ! We do appreciate you. Great Place.
My mother in law absolutely loves it here. It has been a journey getting here. She was in one that was very expensive. No activities to be had and the staff was not friendly at all. After 3 months, she wanted out. Next, she paid a deposit and weighing the pors and cons, she decided that place wasn't for her. Keep in mind, she' a very active 96 years young. Before moving in the last place, she tourned this place and was sold. She received some of her deposit back from the last place but that never bothered her. She is here now and is so happy. She has her independence, but also help is there when she needs it. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and tour this beautiful facility before making any decisions on any other places. Chances are you will love it just ad much as our mother does. Thank you for your great care of her.
We are happy that our mom feels safe, comfortable, and she absolutely loves the facility and staff, thank you Eastgate Village for the peace of mind she has and our family, too!!! We have nothing goos to say about Eastgate Village and would recommend them to anyone facing a similar situation with a loved one making the move to assisted living.
