4.2 · 90 reviewsI recently toured Traditions to find an assisted living community for my mother. I met with Angie the community relations director who was very kind, caring and very informative. She didn't overwhelm me with information and also allowed me the time to ask many questions. From the moment I walked through the door I first noticed the many residents in the lobby talking and watching tv. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and all said how much they loved living at Traditions and that I should bring my mother there!
Do not recommend the memory care unit. There is no supervision for the patients, medicine is not given when needed, multiple incidents not being able to find staff, staff sleeping. A nurse was fired for falsifying documentation of medication and administration. My Grandma was found dead by her family because she did not get checked on regularly by staff knowing she was not feeling well.
When we first visited Traditions, I really liked it. Since my mom is there, I still do! It’s very nice, clean , and lots of things to do. The employees really make an effort to learn the residents names. Love that you can do your own laundry. If you have questions, just call and they will answer.

Great staff and great building
Traditions at North Bend is such a beautiful, welcoming community. Uniquely qualified and friendly leadership team, both clinical and administrative, you notice it the minute you walk in. The community is beautiful to boot,,with friendly and caring staff!
Very well run assisted living facility staff is responsive To patient needs and healthcare providers. Administration is excellent. One of the most organized facilities I’ve ever been in As a healthcare provider. Highly recommend Traditions at Northbend for your loved one. In addition to that, very close to the interstate a very convenient location.
The staff at Traditions are great to work with, very communicative, professional, friendly. The building is beautiful and the residents seem happy to be there. Would highly recommend to others looking for placement for their loved ones.
