This facility has motivated staff and great management. Residents are happy and needs are met. No issue brought to attention goes unmet. Workers seem satisfied with their jobs as well.

I was recently released. I’m writing this mostly because this place gets so much crap from the locals and I’m 56 with a solid mind,a lot of people there aren’t. Most of the staff are so very nice,and they make sure you’re clean. Sheets are clean, bedroom is clean etc. I don’t see how people say there is neglect. The only thing close to that is due to the fact that they can’t always be there right away and to me that isn’t neglect. Therapy is great! They do care about people. The two young men are very passionate about what they do. The other ones are great as well. It’s because of them that I can do the things I could do before. I’m still on the road to recovery because pretty soon , I’ll be walking without a walker { I’ve already started a little) and doing my normal activities once again. I’m not sure why this place gets so much clout but I guess everyone’s experience is different.

They treat residents with dignity and respect, and it’s clear they truly care about each individual’s well-being. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Communication with families is excellent, and the team goes above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable, safe, and happy. The therapy and nursing staff are knowledgeable and responsive, and the overall level of care is outstanding.
