Villa Springfield

My stay for my fractured femur was wonderful! Never having been a patient of a nursing home previously helped me to see the other side of the coin. (I have worked in various facilities over my career)…The rehab unit was well staffed, the Therapy staff were well trained, motivating, encouraging and caring. The nursing staff on the unit I stayed on were professional, kind, friendly and more than accommodating. One can tell that the staff is well versed in customer service and take pride in their jobs which includes people from every department. Bill the Administrator has done an amazing job of reflecting his expectations of care to his staff and they execute these standards well!! Not to forget anyone but a few people to mention would be Jamie, Caysee, Whitney, Cassie, Vickey, Kaitlin, Brenda in Social Services and especially Yolanda and Pam!!! Sooo many others to mention. Again, great place and wonderful service - especially when you are in pain, at the mercy of your caregivers. Kindness is how I would describe Villa Springfield!!! Thank you so very much!!

My mother in law is in there and they aren't doing anything for her. Her room is nasty stuff all over the floor needs swept and mopped. Never came to help her to the bathroom so she had an accident and left her laying in it for over 4 hours and staff was rud to her

I have been trying to put into words my extreme gratitude to Amy and Bill at Villa Springfield. Making the decision to place your loved one in a nursing facility is already a horrifying experience but with also living states away makes it terrifying. Amy made my decision and the entire process so smooth and gave me such reassurance. When I arrived to the facility after being at the hospital all day between my grandmother and now my uncle who suffered a stroke, she let me breathe for a minute and get my frustrations from the hospital out. Bill, Amy and the entire team from nursing, to housekeeping to the manager on duty, Director of maintenance made this weekend so much easier on me. I knew she was in her forever home and could finally breathe and focus on my uncle knowing she is well taken care of. They put up with my daily check-ins and now I can finally sleep knowing my uncle will also soon be in his forever home. I will never be able to repay you but please know how very grateful I am and will always be. You all truly represent what it takes and means to be in this profession. Also HUGE kudos to Mars and Brooklyn on their compassion and attentiveness.

Beautiful Facility. As soon as you walk in. Your are Greeted by Friendly Staff and Residents. The Facility Doesn't Smell.

Facility is very clean and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. My mother is receiving excellent care and rehabilitation services.
