3.8 · 53 reviewsMy loved one stayed here and it was great. They always have nurses and aides on staff and available. The staff was always helpful. It was more affordable. They had very low turnover and it was close to home. The company was bought out and they gave all of the residents a notice to vacate. We panicked, but they had other options for us. They helped us move to the new facility and everything went smooth.
Our loved one was there for a very short period of time, there was one aid and one nurse that was absolutely phenomenal. However the management team at times were unprofessional and had a lack of communication.

It is a very friendly place. Your loved one will be well cared for here. The communication is not bad. You can call Monday through Friday for a regular contact. The weekends you may speak to another caregiver. They send out emails on occasion. My loved one loves the food. There are times that my loved one doesn't like the food. However, there is enough variety that my loved one will find something they do like.
The community has a high turnover rate. The community is hard to get ahold of and they don't always answer the phone, Communication is not very good. The cost of this community is cheaper and depending on the financial situation I would recommend the community.
This community's memory care unit is wonderful, they are caring and did everything that was needed with a smile. the size of the room was good, the food was really wonderful and when we come to visit they included us in the meals. It made me feel like this is a family setting. I would definitely recommend this community
Under the circumstances of what is going on the staff is doing a great job. I do wish things could go back to normal so I could see my friends and family. Staff make do with what we are dealing with (COVID).
Everyone does a good job with what they have to do here. They try to make my stay as pleasant as possible.
