My friend was there and it was a horrible place! She had her call light on for 42 min before someone came in to see what she needed!!! They didn't help her at all with any rehab, when she was discharged she actually had to go to the hospital because they left her laying in a bed for 2 weeks and her legs got so weak she couldn't stand!!!!!
Rooms are horribly designed with your TV being 20'+ away and being closer to your roommate than yourself, which is beyond idiotic. Some staff is decent, but other staff there shouldn't be working in the industry. Management doesn't plan accordingly for patients getting the proper equipment needed when being transferred from hospital. Please do not send your loved ones here for rehab and skilled nursing care.
My sister was supposed to start therapy here post spinal fusion. They lied about a private room and the bathroom was so filthy and nasty she had her husband come get her. Now we’re looking for new therapy options. Get your Director of Housekeeping off her cigarette break and get that dump cleaned.
Just a bit of a personal review, Wadsworth Pointe definitely needs to be re-evaluated. My grandmother has had overall pretty terrible care so far. On 1/6/26 she was forced to wear a soiled Depends for 4 hours in the morning because they refused to change her until after breakfast. The food has mostly been cold, too salty, or too greasy (sometimes all of the above). Showers have been uncomfortable because the temp flip-flips between super hot and freezing cold. They don't keep up with cleaning the rooms regularly. Have been trying for the last 3 days to get ahold of her social worker there with no success. The pants she came in with are just gone now, apparently clothes are supposed to be labled for ownership but they didn't bother to check if there was a label or try to write on the tag in marker. Her physical therapist has also been very gruff and doesn't have a tender way of motivation. This facility for sure needs to be knocked down a few stars in all 5 categories.
Poor quality on everythin̈g. Never introduced around faciliþy like days of bath or laundry facility. Staff did nit give proper meds and food is horrible all paata. Could not transfer pasta. Horrible food.
The staff here is amazing!
I selected Wadsworth Pointe for my dad's recovery after surgery based on the state rating. I should have toured it first. 1. The first thing we noticed when entering the building was the smell. Urine, I think. The building is dated, and isnt clean. The rooms are small and the furniture in them is beat up. The day he was admitted he told them he needed a different bed. It was too short and leaned to the side. He finally got a different bed the day before he was discharged. My father complained about the food, having to wait on meds, requests for drinks being ignored. They didn't bother to do even the basic things he needed. He was there for 10 days, and I was glad to get him out. The icing on the cake, none of the clothes they packed up and sent home with him were his. I also had to make two calls to get his medications called into the pharmacy after he was discharged. Overall, the two stars I'm giving this place are because he had a couple aids that actually made an effort. Don't send your family there.
One of my family members was staying in this facility. And the staff were incredible. Informative, caring, and all around amazing.
