Queen City Hospice & Megan at Wellspring Retirement Center did a great job at coordinating with us for the activity. The staff does a great job at caring for the residents while giving them unique, fun entertainment.
Wellspring Memory Care facility is absolutely WONDERFUL! My step mom went into memory care at Wellspring 18 months ago. My siblings and I are out of state and it was so hard to leave her with strangers and unable to see or care for her ourselves. But she had a couple dear friends who visited regularly and would report to us. When she was still lucid enough to know, she liked the food just fine and liked the staff. There were a lot of activities with engagement and interaction. Whenever we visited, the residents were always clean and well cared for. Most facilities reek of piss when you walk…

Wellspring Memory Care facility is absolutely WONDERFUL! My step mom went into memory care at Wellspring 18 months ago. My siblings and I are out of state and it was so hard to leave her with strangers and unable to see or care for her ourselves. But she had a couple dear friends who visited regularly and would report to us. When she was still lucid enough to know, she liked the food just fine and liked the staff. There were a lot of activities with engagement and interaction. Whenever we visited, the residents were always clean and well cared for. Most facilities reek of piss when you walk in and only once in many many visits did I smell anything. You can see they care well for their residents. Not only do they take care of the residents, they truly seem to love and care for them. When my step mother passed more than one nurse/aide was quite sad. In fact as we stood in her room the nurse said “oh there is ***'s red jacket!” And got emotional and I found myself comforting her . I cannot say that every thing is 5 stars (e.g., communications and housekeeping) but the daily care of the residents is ten out of five stars and that was most important to me.
We are so grateful for the care and compassion shown at Wellsprings Nursing and Rehab. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and always treats residents with dignity and warmth. It’s clear they genuinely care about the people who live there. The activities they provide keep residents engaged, social, and smiling, which gives families so much peace of mind. The facility is also consistently clean and welcoming. Thank you to everyone at Wellsprings for creating such a caring environment!

Management is amazing- I work with a hospice company and we have patients in this building . Management has helped with anything we need or questions we may have. They honestly are the best! I know if we as a hospice need anything from the facility so we can better care for our patients they will be there to help!
Can’t say enough amazing things about the memory care at wellspring! From the DON, nurses and nursing assistants everything is knowledgeable, caring and go above and beyond for their patients! The staff keep their he patients well cared for and engaged. Definitely would highly recommend!
Shout out to Keshia and the memory care team! They are professional, responsive, and truly care about the people they serve. Communication has been excellent, and their dedication to helping patients and families does not go unnoticed. Grateful for the partnership and look forward to continuing to work together!
The staff in memory care has been observed going above and beyond to ensure that every resident is cared for and feels valued while giving each resident an opportunity to engage in creative activities/events tailored to their individual abilities and interests.
I came to this facility to perform for an event given by memory care. It was a very pleasant and beautiful community. The cleanliness of the building and friendliness of the staff, I can tell everyone is taking care of with great love and kindness! One staff member Keshia Hill was so kind and supportive she made sure we had everything we needed to perform. I would definitely trust my family members living here and it is now one of my top places in case I’m in need of a place for a love one to go. I love the community it was super engaging and everyone treated my team like they knew us forever.
