3.8 · 22 reviewsI would like to share them my dad spent a year at Willowbrook after being at several other places beforehand that were really terrible! I feel like they saved my life by providing a safe and nurturing environment for my dad. They seem to really care which was something that was lacking at the other facilities. I think the strength is in the people that are hired. That's what matters most!
My Mother lives in the apartment building 1st floor. She's been have problems with bugs coming through the cracks by her patio door. The same patio she has been asking maintenance to level the paver so it's safer to go sit at the bench by the pond. After blocking her in her bedroom with a ladder while repairing a fire alarm forcing her to get a cane and use it to get to her living room, He has the gull to tell her that the apartment was not meant for someone that needs assisted living!!! Where does he have the right to assess someone who already passes monthly physicals???!!!! She paid a lot…

Positive and uplifting retirement community
Pretty disappointing experience with this particular facility. It seems that they are wanting a particular demographic of person to work as an aide on the floor. I've seen staff aides ignore residents because they are either 1. Behavioral or 2. Had a history, which is THE LAST THING YOU DO. Monika and Callie were awesome, however Stacey has a severe lack of active communication skills. Will not come again.
I needed to bring my daughter here to drop off her work permit and do a few other things before she starts her employment with Willow Brook and I was amazed how beautiful the outside and the inside is there. Its very clean and every employee I met is super friendly, let me start with the receptionist she is very welcoming and helpful, Thanks for all your help! And Heather I believe is in the HR department very friendly as well and then my daughter's boss is very kind and this is my daughter's first job and I am happy she will be learning from the best! Thank you!
They need more communication between all workers on all shifts.
