The Christmas parties were fabulous. They had their own transportation which they used to take the patients on outings to Walmart and out to dinner. Over the last 8 years it has become the pits. His clothes, shoes, and personal items come up missing. The elevator stinks of urine and the entire second floor (Secure Unit )is filthy and stinks of feces and urine. The food is pure slop. My brother was placed in Woods Edge 17 years ago. It was a very nice, clean, attentive, caring and professional place. The food was good and nutritional. The Christmas parties were fabulous. They had their own transportation which they used to take the patients on outings to Walmart and out to dinner. Over the last 8 years it has become the pits. His clothes, shoes, and personal items come up missing. The elevator stinks of urine and the entire second floor (Secure Unit )is filthy and stinks of feces and urine. The food is pure slop. They can't keep an administrator or aids. At one point they had no one to cook, clean, or do laundry. Staff turnover is a constant. My brother did not receive proper medical care on two occasions and had to be hospitalized. If you care about your love one, stay clear of the second floor unit. I am now in the process of removing him due to neglect and the above conditions. March 24, 2025.
The facility is dirty very unclean you have staff that have buddy relationship and don't care about residents. There is mold in building you can't give proper care to residents. They dnt get proper nutrition the new Administration is rude and walk around like a bully. This place is sad for residents their rights not being respected.

The staff at this place are people who really care. They do more than go through the motions, they work with their residents and those who care about them. I appreciate them a lot for this!
I cannot recommend a place more highly for their excellent care. Amazing place. Take a tour and meet the staff. They are fantastic!
If I could give zero stars I would. This place is disgusting. The staff is rude disrespectful and incompetent. Ive been calling for over a month to get my father transferred and they will not comply. They change administration like underwear and call back when the feel like it.
I love it here. There’s great food, and the staff works with you to make sure you're comfortable. For the most part, everyone here is cool and they go out of their way to help you with what you need.
Excellent staff, care, and facility. I would trust them with any of my family members. Woods Edge Rehab and Nursing is one of the best-skilled nursing facilities in Cincinnati.
