Some staff are friendly others are very rude disrespectful towards clients and others conversations had are very unprofessional the way staff speak to clients is very disrespectful !!! They spread clients issues with other clients and people and break many HIPPA violations especially when speaking about other clients in a non professional way !!! They definitely need all new people running it and 80% of staff need let go !!! They don’t pay staff enough so that’s probably why !!! If you’re not coming to see your loved ones regularly like everyday your loved ones will be neglected they will lay…

If you’re not coming to see your loved ones regularly like everyday your loved ones will be neglected they will lay in bed without showers for who knows how long you can smell the people walking down the hall they let them and make them sit in dirty depends because they don’t want to change them I’ve heard people ask and beg saying they need to use the bathroom and staff say you have a depends on you’re ok while Sitting at the desk having conversations and doing nothing state comes in and they ALL PRETEND TO WORK AND CARE !!!!! And they really don’t (some staff really care but most of them have left because of the same issues )
Need new beds badly, see dr. Only once a week, takes 15 to 20 min Or longer for call light response time, they fixed the issues, in all fairness this is a good place and I was upset but was also sick the day I wrote it. I will say the staff especially the nursing staff I adore, very loving and friendly.
f you love your family member, please think very carefully before placing them at Wright Rehabilitation. f you love your family member, please think very carefully before placing them at Wright Rehabilitation. What my uncle experienced there during the final days of his life has left our family devastated, traumatized, and carrying pain we will never fully forget. Most of our family lived out of state while my uncle lived in Ohio with his longtime girlfriend, which made it difficult for family members to be physically present every day. We trusted that he would be treated with compassion, dignity, and humanity while under professional care. Instead, my uncle repeatedly called family members begging for help and describing how he felt ignored for hours when using his call light. He told us staff would sometimes speak negatively about him in the hallways where he could still hear them. Over time, he became emotionally defeated and hopeless. One of the hardest things our family has ever witnessed was seeing a staff member angrily yelling at him and aggressively throwing items around his room while he lay weak, frightened, and unable to defend himself in bed. This is not rumor or hearsay. Because of growing concerns, our family installed a camera in his room, and portions of this behavior were captured on video. No human being should spend their final days living in fear while completely dependent on others for care. Watching a once strong man slowly lose hope and say things like:“Why do I want to keep living if this is what I have to look forward to every day?”is something that will haunt our family forever. My uncle was not just another patient in a room. He was a proud union tradesman, one of the first Black sheet metal workers in Alaska, a mentor, a teacher, and a man who spent his life helping others. In the end, all he needed was dignity, compassion, responsiveness, and humanity. Instead, our family often felt we had to constantly fight just to make sure he was acknowledged, cleaned, comforted, and treated with basic respect. Before we could get medical approval to move him somewhere else, my uncle passed away. We understand healthcare workers are under stress and that not every employee is the same. But no family should ever have to wonder whether their loved one is suffering emotionally and mentally while under professional care. Please, if you place someone you love here:visit constantly, advocate relentlessly, ask questions, document everything, and never assume your loved one is being treated with compassion simply because they are in a facility. We would never want another family to experience the heartbreak ours now carries.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I am so grateful for such a caring staff taking care of my mother.
Great place. Clean and friendly.
My mother(Lenda Weaver)was at WRH for almost 4 years. Sadly she just passed away this week. The staff at WRH are exceptional in all aspects of the nursing home industry. The halls and my mom’s room were always clean.(You know when you walk into a home and can smell certain smells such as urine, this didn’t happen here.) It Always smelled fresh and appeared clean. Staff were always coming and going from her room, so I know she was cared for respectfully and greatly. The staff nurses, PA’s, NP’s, Social Services, and other departments always notified me if they were doing something with mom or had to do something such as order tests, take care of wounds, etc….The nurses aides I can’t speak highly enough about. They were fantastic in taking care of her. God love them!!! You all will get your crowns!!! Thank you for ALL that you do and have done. Best Wishes, R. McClish
