The Staff were very caring and professional. My Dad was there for only a short time, and they bent over backwards to accommodate us on short notice. After he passed, they gave him and my brother and I a beautiful send-off that included staff, nurses, and administrators. They also presented me with a keepsake quilt. I would highly recommend Arden Courts Memory care to anyone in need of compassionate memory care services for their loved one.

This facility has gone downhill fast. What once seemed like a caring and well-managed memory care community now feels understaffed, disorganized, and inattentive to residents’ needs. Communication with families has become inconsistent, concerns are brushed off instead of addressed, and the overall level of care has noticeably Safety and responsiveness from staff are not what they used to be, especially considering the high cost of care. Families trust these facilities with vulnerable loved ones, and it’s disappointing to see standards slipping so badly. I hope management takes these concerns seriously before more families decide to move their loved ones elsewhere.

I have a family member living in this facility, and I can’t help but express my frustration. Initially, the place seemed nice, and the staff were friendly, but that was just the beginning. The caregivers on the first shift genuinely seem to care about the residents, but it all falls apart after dinner. Finding a caregiver at that time is nearly impossible, and the nurses don't seem to be doing much either. But it gets worse. The guy who gave my family member the tour lied about the services they provide. Over the weekend, I saw him talk to the employees in an absolutely outrageous tone, belittling them! Honestly, I wouldn’t want to work for someone like that. If the staff is treated poorly, it raises concerns about how the residents are treated as well. Despite this, I have to admit the food is decent, and care on the first shift is generally good, with some exceptions on the second shift. But this constant dishonesty is just ridiculous. They need to be upfront about what they offer. And to the employees, I sincerely hope you report how he talks to you because nobody deserves to be treated like that.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Arden Courts in Westlake. The level of care, compassion, and professionalism they provide is truly exceptional. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the warmth and dedication of the staff. They treat every resident with dignity, patience, and genuine kindness, and it brings such peace of mind knowing your loved one is in such capable hands. The team goes above and beyond to ensure residents are not only safe but also engaged and comfortable. Communication with families is clear and consistent, and it’s evident that patient-centered care is their top priority. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully maintained. The secure courtyard is especially lovely — peaceful, inviting, and designed so residents can safely enjoy fresh air and sunshine. It truly feels like a home rather than a facility. If you are looking for a place that combines excellent care with a welcoming, serene environment, Arden Courts in westlake is outstanding. Highly recommend!
