4.1 · 51 reviewsMy beloved grandmother spent the last ~3 years of her life here. She absolutely adored the staff and other residents that became like family to her. Even in the last 48 hours of her life, she was going on about how well they took care of her at Austin Trace. I am so incredibly grateful for the care she received here - words will never be enough to express my gratitude. Thank you all so much for taking care of BoBo <3 she loved you all dearly.
Such caring staff and amazing atmosphere for those that are receiving care. Thank you for making Bow’s life better, and for supporting her family through all of the changes that go along with this part of her life. The staff made everyone feel like family. Thank you for doing God’s work daily. You are appreciated.
My family would like to say thank you for the loving care provided to my mom Bow. Every person from housekeeping, office, laundry, foodservice, maintenance, Aides, and nurses treated her like royalty. When she passed on Saturday, the staff continued to comfort me and tell me story after story about how they loved my mom. It showed. It's rare that a persons last years alive are "the best" in a nursing facility, but at ATrace there was a family that let her just be herself with no worries and no fear. I will certainly miss my mom, but I will miss my daily visits to Austin Trace as well. This…

My family would like to say thank you for the loving care provided to my mom Bow. Every person from housekeeping, office, laundry, foodservice, maintenance, Aides, and nurses treated her like royalty. When she passed on Saturday, the staff continued to comfort me and tell me story after story about how they loved my mom. It showed. It's rare that a persons last years alive are "the best" in a nursing facility, but at ATrace there was a family that let her just be herself with no worries and no fear. I will certainly miss my mom, but I will miss my daily visits to Austin Trace as well. This experience gave my mom a true " Happy Ending." I love you all! Merry Christmas!

We are incredibly grateful for the care that nurse Amy provided to our family member. From the moment we met Amy, it was clear that she was highly skilled and deeply compassionate. She treated my loved one with the utmost attentiveness, ensuring her comfort and well-being as much as possible in her state. Amy’s patience, kindness, and genuine concern made a difficult time much more manageable for our entire family. She went above and beyond, taking the time to explain things clearly and offer reassurance. I truly couldn't have asked for a better caregiver—she is a true professional, and we are so thankful for everything she did.
