4.5 · 32 reviewsMy mother stayed at Otterbein Springboro briefly after her cancer diagnosis. The facility was clean, the staff was attentive and professional, and the atmosphere was warm and homey. I would recommend them to anyone in the position where they were looking for a nice place to care for their loved ones.
Fantastic place. Love it. Here would return if had to. Girls are wonderful. Always cheerful and happy and willing to help. My favorite of course is Michelle of course. Food is fantastic . The therapy team is great
The facility provided great care to my cousin following his six week hospital experience. I liked the open concept, communal great room, and small house feel of the place. Ratio of nursing care to patient count was better than most places and was published for view daily. Physical, occupational and speech therapy provided excellent support to his recovery and eventual discharge to home. Meals looked/smelled yummy and prepared fully on-site (you could watch them do so) and adaptations were made for his swallowing and nutritional needs. Meals looked/smelled yummy and prepared fully on-site (you could watch them do so) and adaptations were made for his swallowing and nutritional needs. Case management and discharge services were well coordinated. As a retired health care provider, I highly recommend the place and have informed my health care power of attorney to select this place for me should the need ever arise!

My family and I cannot say enough good things about this small house model, it truly feels like home. The staff go above and beyond to make sure every person is cared for with dignity, kindness, and respect. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and personal. You can tell the team here takes pride in building real relationships and making sure every detail, from meals to daily activities, is thoughtful and meaningful. HIGHLY recommend!!
Very attentive very nice Michelle the caregiver is wonderful and I would recommend her to anyone therapy. Staff is wonderful and if I ever need to go any place else, I sure will come back here.

Excellent service! My dad has been here twice following a hospital stay/surgeries. The second time he requested to come here because he liked it so much. The nurses and all the staff care so much and will go above and beyond for their patients whenever they can. Highly highly recommend!
My dad has been in the rehab unit for the second time and just got out today. His recent stay was nothing short of fantastic. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and encouraging and you could see a visible difference in his overall demeanor and strength from the beginning of his stay to the end. I'd recommend Otterbein to anyone who finds themselves in need of their services.
