Very clean facility. Nice friendly people. Taking very good care of my mother-In-Law. Staff strive to make life at Aviva a better place.

Very clean with many services, activities, and top notch care for my mom. The entire staff are wonderful ! Always watching out for the residents and take excellent care of them. They strive to make life at Aviva a better place.

AVIVA Glendale is a small place and it's very nice. I think it'll be perfect for my mother. She doesn't want to go to a gigantic facility. What I like best is that it's all on one floor. There are no elevators. It's more like a cozy feeling. It's a very simple floor plan. There's just one common area and then there are five hallways off of it and that is it. The landscaping was beautiful and I can put a birdfeeder outside her window. She would love that. The place was very clean and it smelled good. The person who I talked to was very knowledgeable and very professional. It was just a good experience in every way. I also like that you have to punch in a code at the door to get out. People can't just leave. The rooms were very nice. They had a lot of activities to offer. We just liked everything about it. Me, my brother and sister-in-law went. We only came into contact with the person who gave us the tour. She told us a lot of things without us asking and answered all of our questions. It was very cheerful. The whole inside, the way they have it decorated and painted and the colors that they chose are very cheerful. It just made a good impression on all of us.

My loved one is currently a resident at Aviva Glendale Assisted Living and the experience has been great so far. The move in process went smoothly. The staff is great. My loved one likes the food. Based on our experience, I would recommend this facility to others.

My mother really liked it here for the time she stayed which was about 4 months. But I don't think she realized she didn't need to be in an assisted living facility from that point on. It was great for her when she got out of the hospital but not necessary for her to continue living there. All the people were super nice and went above and beyond for her. I never really saw any cleanliness issues though it did smell of urine once in awhile. The staff was generally always very nice. Some more nice than others, once in a while there would be an aid that wasn't over accommodating but generally never any negative things about anyone. Quality of care was good for my mom but I heard many stories of other people not being cared for very well. Although I didn't see any of this in my own eyes I heard it quite often from my mom that her friends were not being cared for properly there. So I can only comment on what I heard from her. My mom was definitely one of their easier residents. Overall I think my mom enjoyed the food though there was times when she complained a little bit about it. But I'll be honest she complains about the food at the new place too. So there you go. My mom loved all the activities that they had at aviva. I think she would have been happy just doing anything. She just likes to keep busy and socialize. So she always enjoyed the activities they did. I think the value you get from staying there is worth the money. I priced out so many other places that seem to be comparable to Aviva and cost so much more. Now obviously we didn't get a chance to stay at any of those other places so I can only compare dollar value by place. It's definitely one of the cheaper places in town.

They have really great hospitality nice people very understanding and helpful 🙂

The staff is awesome and super! They are caring and efficient to all who enter their doors. The care The residents receive is top notch excellence. Clean environment with pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend them for your loved ones.

My Step Mom and Dad made the move to AVIVA unfortunately my Step Mom passed away after open heart surgery leaving my Dad there alone. His blood sugar was over 300 had no Diabetic diet. He went to the hospital that day dangerously high blood sugar. Their response we don't have the staff to regulate his diet. Everyone gets the same thing regardless. Then, after the passing of his wife. They said he had to move out. He was too much for their staff to handle. I wouldn't go there. Not good.
