Bike night was a good experience for a great cause. Staff that was present were nice and friendly
Wonderful atmosphere, best place to put your loved ones!
Loved the environment here. From staff to management and other family the hospitality is amazing. The family council meetings give us the opportunity to ask questions and see we’re not alone. The staff really loves the residents like their own family. It’s clean and everyone was well taken care of. Thank you for taking care of my mom.
My loved one has moved into Oakleaf Village of Toledo-Sylvania and The Grove at Oakleaf Village just this week. It's clean. The community atmosphere is good. They had multiple choices for us and they took their time with us, but we visited there three times before making our decision. So far, they've met all our expectations. They've been kind, accommodating, and helpful while we make this transition for our family member. They have activities for the residents. For our situation, they're a little more affordable. And once you're to a point where your funds are drained, you can apply for Medicaid assistance. The other facility does not allow that.
This facility is amazing. I have never seen such caring staff. No staff member ever has a frown or an attitude. It’s like a big family at the Grove. The staff does a great job with my mom. She is always dressed nice with her hair and make up done. The food is great - delivered to the residents hot and tasty. I live out of town and never worry about my mom’s care. I know she is well cared for. Another benefit is that the four areas are called neighborhoods. Each neighborhood has a living room where residents gather and a dining table where they gathers for meals. I am so thankful we found the Grove.
The staff is incredible. They take very good care of us. The food leaves a little bit to be desired though. It's kind of hit and miss.
Great employees very nice and compassionate
