Transition into the nursing home was fairly smooth except we didn't get a menu and my mom dint eat the 2nd day at all... the staff is very pleasant tho, very helpful and accommodating

A beautiful place
Avon Oaks provides a loving, caring enviorment for there residents. The staff seem to really care about their work and helping people get better. They have the type and quality of equipment needed to get things done and avalibility to get there patients where they need to go. 5 star scale Staff attentiveness. 4.3 Care and compation 5 Cleanliness 4.7 Food quality 3 (institutional food) Safety of Residents 5 Visitors 5 Staff 5 All personal are frendly and know their job. Good location easy to find. Parking is good. Social worker is great with alot of knowledge and help when trying to figure out finances.
I would recommend this place to anyone for rehab. They helped heal my legs. The two nurses that were great to me were Leah and Stephanie and the nurse Dan at night. I’m going to miss them. Therapy department Ashley and Danielle were wonderful.

My mother Loretta just recently passed away and i would like to thank the staff for taking wonderful care of her.
