4.7 · 134 reviewsWe placed our parents into assisted living in March and the staff has been very kind and helpful getting them and us adjusted. They patiently answer all our questions and made a big transition easier. Natasha, their floor nurse is exceptional. She goes out of her way to communicate when she sees me or my siblings, cares for our parents with love and patience and always goes above and beyond to make their life easier. Everyone is very friendly and there are a lot of activities. Very please with Rose Avon.
Rose is a wonderful place to live. The staff and most of the residents are friendly. I enjoy resident gardening, happy hours and the music programs. The art program has introduced me to the watercolor painting which I throughly enjoy. Robin is our Activities Director and brings much joy to the residents. Stacy is our Director of Resident Navigation which actually means we can go to her with most questions and quickly get an answer.
Rose has been great for my dad. He enjoys living here and all of the activities keep him busy. Everyone has been great to work with.

We moved my Aunt and Father to The Rose in May 2025. One is in the Memory Care and the other lives in regular Assisted Living. The care and atmosphere are WONDERFUL! Staff are kind, helpful and attentive. The building and grounds are Gorgeous!! Food is excellent and the dining options (restaurant, etc) make it so nice for residents who want to entertain guests and family members! The activities offered are fun and uplifting and encourage opportunities for socialization and stimulation! As a Nurse and family member (with lots of experience with Assisted Living facilities) I can say Rose is THE BEST Senior Living Facility on the Westside of Cleveland! I highly encourage anyone looking for Senior living to take a tour !
I have been living at Rose for two years now. I moved from independent to assisted living a year ago. Rose has many programs to take advantage of. I find the staff very friendly. If you are looking for a retirement place I would highly recommend ROSE!!!!
I absolutely love living here! The health & wellness navigator has been very helpful, and the staff are always kind, caring and responsive. The community is welcoming the activities are enjoyable, and I feel safe and support every day. I'm happy to call this home!
I recently had the opportunity to visit this community while attending a marketing event with a friend, and I was truly impressed. The food was absolutely delicious, and every staff member we met was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The entire facility was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm, comfortable atmosphere. From the moment I walked in until the time I left, I felt at ease and genuinely enjoyed the experience. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into both the environment and the people here. This is definitely a place I would consider living in when the time comes, and I would feel confident recommending it to others.
My uncle lives here and apparently they take away amenities from residents when it suits them. They’re no longer allowed to eat at the onsite restaurant during this harsh winter when many residents don’t feel comfortable driving or being out in the cold.
