I am very pleased with the staff and the fun activities they have planned. I always feel very welcomed when there.

I was very well taken care of by the aides, nurses, therapy & everyone. The nurses & therapy answered any questions & always explained what they were doing & why. I would highly recommend Country Club to anyone.

ALL OF THE STAFF & ALL OF THE PATIENTS WERE SO KIND GOD PROVIDED A VERY NICE PLACE.. GOD BLESS EACH & EVERY ONE. 😇😇🙏🙏

Went to community bingo with my friends it was much fun everyone was so friendly! The activities lady Mindy was telling me about the fathers day car show next month so excited.

My Mom just completed her 2nd time doing physical therapy here. 1. knee replacement, the 2nd a total shoulder replacement. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The physical therapy team was great! The food was the best! To top it off the Bird Feeder’s around the building brought lots of ENJOYMENT!

Had to make the decision to put a loved one in Nursing Home and as tough as it was we all could not be more happy with Country Club. The care team from the Nurses, Aides, Therapy, Dietary, and Housekeeping all have done a fantastic job! Our family made the right choice in picking Country Club and our loved one is happy. Thank you Country Club.

This is all based on information I've received from the facility with regard to my aunt who was a rehabilitation patient at country club from the beginning of Jan 2025 till Jan 26, 2025. My aunt 70 yrs old went to country club with an ulcer on her toe to continue to get IV antibiotics and physical therapy after a hospital stay. The plan was to place her in their assisted living apartments after her IV treatment was concluded. On Jan 25 I visited her in her room and she was alert and aware of her surroundings and who we were. The following day she was taken to the ER after some how getting a hold of a 40oz beer in another residents room. She fell and broke ribs 6-9 on her left side and had bruises up her entire left side and a laceration on her arm. She was complaining about hallucinating and asked to go to the ER. Within one week my aunt became completely unaware of her surroundings and of the loved ones she had recognized prior to this incident. Her health rapidly declined and she passed away today February 18, 2025. I do not recommend this facility. Residents can walk in and out without being observed, family and staff can bring in anything for any resident without question. Yes it is their policy that alcohol is to be turned in to the staff to see distributed when asked, but obviously this was not the case with my aunt. She walked into another residents room and got beer from them. The staff was unaware the resident had this beer according to the director. I also witnessed on Jan 25 my aunt's room had blood all over it from an injury she sustained the day before. The housekeeping staff came in and emptied her trash and didn't touch the blood that was on her main door, bed rails, dressers, her walker, the floor, bathroom door, sink, toilet, rails and walls. The housekeeper handed me a hygiene wipe when I asked her for a wipe to clean up the blood, them left the room. This is not the care I feel anyone's family member deserves in my opinion.

As a new employee at this establishment the people here are kind, helpful, and jump in when needed. As I've been working here what I've learned here is that this place is filled with people who put their all in what they do and for the lives they are caring for. ❤️ I give this place a 10 and the food here is matching at a 10.
