My sister in law is a resident. Staff very helpful. Very clean. Happy with the quality of care provided
Came in with a UTI and was discharged with one. Admitted, walked with a cane…than d/c in a wheel chair and couldn’t stand. Stay away!
They have consistent staff, no agency, and it shows because they know what they're doing. They recently started offering dialysis and ventilator care, too, with a respiratory therapist there 24/7. Eric is awesome! I'd definitely recommend this place.
My lady friend was transferred to this facility on 1-14-25 for rehab. I talked with resident Dr. On 1-15-25 about contacting a specialist to get a 2nd opinion. He said he was going to tell them to contact Dr. Ann Serals. As of 1-20-25 I STILL DON'T KNOW if a Dr. Was contacted. I talked with social worker twice Her reply was she doesn't do this the scheduler does. I still haven't met this person yet. I don't know what is taking so long ,I will talk to the Dr. Wednesday when he comes in. If anyone reading can make this happen fine. This is poor business practices.
I have worked at Saybrook Landing for almost 12 years as an STNA. I can't begin to tell you how grateful I am for this company. Not only have they helped me earn my bachelor's degree by assisting with my tuition through their employee reimbursement program, but my grandmother is also a resident there. Knowing that I can't take care of her alone gives me peace of mind that she is at the next best place she can be. I am so grateful to all staff, especially those on the 100 Unit who take care of her daily, giving her the same love and support she would get at home.
Not accommodating to patient’s wishes. Very hardline to protect from possible lawsuits. NOT patients first.
I don't have anything to share
Both of my parents were in rehab at Saybrook Landing in the last year. Both at times could not feed themselves. Trays were just left by their beds. Noone attempted to feed them. All I heard was we offered and they refused, showers and blood draws at 5 or 6 am. Most would refuse, Mystery bills of over 1000 thousand dollars with no backup paperwork, The hot water barely functioned for a few months before it was replaced. I was there several times a day, so I saw what went on. Would not recommend this facility.
